We are looking for a senior leader with a big picture strategic outlook who is commercially savvy, pragmatic, energetic and ready to complement our friendly and down to earth Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the Country Manager. You will lead the Operations Support Team to ensure the delivery of high quality, consistent customer service across the business.

Proven experience at a senior level in quality assurance, risk and compliance management, with a focus on improving business process is essential. Management of regulatory relationships to ensure collaborative positive outcomes is where you will shine. 

Industry experience is desirable but if you have held similar roles in other industries, and have the drive, energy, attitude and commercial nous to work at VTNZ coupled with a passion for road safety, then you will fit in just fine in our highly engaged award-winning workplace.
