Job Description:

Receptionist

We have some great opportunities for anyone hoping to break into the field of administration in a corporate environment with lots of opportunities to learn and gain experience.

These roles will include working with members of the team and autonomously, changing depending on daily needs.

Duties include:

  • Being the first point of contact
  • Assisting with general enquiries
  • Keeping on top of accurate records
  • Booking appointments and diary management
  • Data entry

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent customer facing skills and phone manner. You will also have great organisational skills and attention to detail. This role requires good computer skills on the Microsoft package as well as a good typing speed. Having previous reception and data entry experience is a big plus.

We are only looking for applicants who are currently based in the Wellington area and have the right to work in New Zealand.
