We are on the hunt for an experienced Control Room/Dispatch Operator, who will bring with them a level of professionalism that will assist us in the growth and development of our operation and team as a whole.

Working with our existing team you will be responsible for:

  • Answering in-bound phone calls from our frontline team, clients and monitoring centres
  • Dispatching our Mobile Patrol Units to incidents, alarms and adhoc requests .
  • Managing the Control Room administrative tasks
  • CCTV surveillance
  • Creation, Collation and Review of client reporting

You will need to bring to Cityguard:

  • Experience working in a call centre or dispatch centre
  • Significant experience using the standard suite of Microsoft applications
  • Excellent command of the English Language (Written and Verbal)
  • Be either an NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • The desire to be part of our team and be the best you can be
  • To be able to work a rotational shift pattern over the 7 day week (yes weekend work is included)
