CUSTOMER SERVICE (IMPORTS) – IMMEDIATE START

Our Client situated in Auckland city centre is looking for an experienced and professional Customer Service Assistant to join their diverse team.

Daily duties will include, but are not limited to;

  • Rendering of superb customer service
  • Handling of telephone and email enquiries and correspondence
  • Timely lodgement of hazardous manifest
  • Release of various documents
  • Manage and update customer profiles
  • Issuing of invoices
  • Fulfillment of unpaid accounts (Debtors)

To be considered, you will ideally have;

  • Availability to start immediately
  • 2-5 Years recent, relevant and related industry experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, IRIS, Web Plaza, ICS, Seacargo, etc. essential
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proven administration skills
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Winning attitude and willingness to further the business
