SALES ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT - Temp- 3 months - Perm

  • Be involved in a wide range of support duties across Sales & Marketing function

My client is a very successful technology company that supplies Cash Handling and Automation machinery, to all the industries of New Zealand that handle cash - banking and finance, large retail, vending, gaming etc. (ATM / TCR, Cash Counting, Cash Recycling, Self Service Machines etc). They are true leaders in their industry, and with a market share of over 80% they have been chosen as the number one supplier by their customers.

They are currently seeking a Temp Sales Support person for to support the sales function as well as adding value to the rest of the wider office team.

Sales Support

  • Support Sales team in the creation of sales proposals and documentation
  •  Maintain product information and assist with the preparation of customer proposals
  • Mange the CRM solution for all customer details ( JDE)
  • Ensure all weekly call reports are delivered by sales team
  • A variety of business oriented administrative tasks to support a busy team
  •  Preparing various reports and associated administration
  • General Administration support duties

Skills and Attributes desired:

  • The ability to work independently, flexibly, and with a high degree of initiative
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Any experience using JDE would be amazing
  • Excellent organisational skills, be one step ahead
  • Must have a sense of humour, like a bit of fun and enjoy a lively bunch of Sales people
