Job Description:

We are well established car wash service provider and are looking for a Business
Manager who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to grow our business to the next level to join our team.

As the Business Manager you would be responsible for overall control and organisation of the entire business administration and operations.

You would be required to perform following duties:
· Providing high level administrative, strategic planning and operational support, research and advice to senior management on administrative matters such as staff management, financial planning, facility management and information services
· Ensuring the company is on track to meet its financial goals
· Developing and implementing budgets, prepare reports for senior management
· Ensuring employees complies with company policies
· Assess the performance of the business or company against the goals and plans
· Developing and implementing administrative, financial and operational procedural
statements and guidelines for employees
· Analysing complex resources management issues and initiatives that affect the
company, prepare associated reports and correspondence
· Providing information and support for the preparation of financial reports and budgets
· Overseeing activities of employees including hiring, leading, performance evaluations and training to ensure smooth business operations
· Representing the organization in negotiations
· Promoting existing and new activities, events and policies
· Ensuring quality standards of the service provided
· Conducting safety training and meetings and performed opening and closing duties
· Ensuring employees maintain car wash equipment and other supplies in proper manner
· Managing inventory and liaising with suppliers
· Overseeing time records and payroll of employees
· Managing overall vehicle flow and production in all operations and ensuring all services compliance with government standards
· Ensuring satisfaction of customers towards the service and resolving issues or
complaints raised by customers
· Managing financial transactions
· Ensuring health and safety of the workplace
· Managing employees’ grievances
· You might participate in cleaning roles if required

Candidate must have over 5 years of relevant work experience or a relevant Business/Management qualification.
