Job Description:

Internal Account Manager | Sales Support - Print Industry

Drive both communication and print jobs between your clients and sales team to ensure the prompt delivery of superior print solutions to your clients!

  • Coordinate Digital Print Solutions, supporting a large sales team and running print projects end to end.
  • Join a secure company based near the motorway in South Auckland with super modern systems, tools & capabilities.

To be successful in this role you will need ..

  • At least 3 years experience within the print industry to the point you understand print processes, pre-press, production capabilities, quotes / margins etc and can run a job end to end internally.
  • Knowledge of the local Auckland Print Market so you can call on your networks at times you need to out source.
  • Professional and articulate communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to engage effectively with precise attention to detail both verbally and in emails.
  • To be a team player.  This role is one of a large team and it takes many people communicating to ensure clients expectations are met and exceeded.
  • The ability to adapt and follow set processes utilizing the latest technology and systems.
  • This is primarily an administrative role, therefore you must have the patience and aptitude to churn through a large amount of work and some very large complex solutions.
  • You must have excellent Microsoft office skills and pick up new systems quickly.
  • Most importantly to fit in here, you will have a passion for print, love working in a busy fast-paced environment, enjoy a challenging role and want a career in a company who can offer you the opportunity to further train and develop.
