Job Description:

Senior Property Advisor

We are currently seeking a Senior Property Advisor based in Wellington. The Senior Property Advisor provides property planning advice and prepares property project business cases.

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

-Ability to read, understand and interpret complex documents, including financial, numerical and business information
-Previous experience researching, analysing and developing workable solutions to challenging problems
-Ability to present complex information verbally to senior leaders through presentations and discussions 
-Proven experience writing business cases to a high standard 
-Experience working with limited direction in delivering one off projects and papers
-An understanding of government processes, including planning, reporting, budgeting and policy processes, especially as it relates to group performance and productivity

You will have previous experience working with Senior Managers in a large organisation and it would be nice to have been in the public sector. You will be an analytical thinker with a flexible attitude and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You will need either a tertiary qualification in a relevant field or knowledge, skills and experience and commitment to ongoing professional development
