Village Manager - Central Auckland

We are looking for people orientated, cheerful person who enjoy challenge

This large aged care village waiting for their new leader to step on site and coordinate and manage all operational service activities and ensure quality care and services provided to their residents.

You will bring to the role your proven experience and expertise with regard to the following:

* Strong management/leadership skills

* Sound Financial Management skills

* Good communication skills

* Handling budgets and business plan

* Property Management

* Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage

* Quality Improvement

* Strong ER/IR skills

*Strong sales and marketing experience in the similar industry

*Strong understanding of asset maintenance

*Experience networking within the local community

Qualification in Health and Business is an advantage

Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded as well as the understanding of the Retirement Villages Act and Resident agreements / Contracts.
