Client Services | Sales Coordinator

  • Work for a Print NZ Manufacturer in this varied exciting role.
  • Support a Sales Team and deal direct with Clients.

About You  

  • We are seeking and amazing attitude and a good skill-set over industry experience!
  • You love to be challenged, and are seeking a role where you can use your amazing administration and customer services skills.
  • An excellent communicator, both verbal and written, you enjoy constant client and internal team interaction.  While still remaining focused on the job at hand.
  • Your talent is in coordination, organizing and ensuring every detail is executed seamlessly.  Attention to detail is a must here.
  • You can handle pressure - in-fact you thrive on it!
  • You have exceptional computer literacy, including intermediate to advanced on Word, Outlook & Excel.
  • You work really well in a team and don't mind getting stuck-in to achieve the optimum outcome.  If this means staying back a few minutes to update a client or even help pack a product, that doesn't phase you.
  • You have plenty of initiative and the confidence to ask questions.
  • Not phone adverse - building relationships whether it's in-person or over the phone, is something you enjoy. 
  • Professionally presented and suited to a trendy high-energy environment.  You will enjoy interacting with clients directly.
