Sales Administration - CSR - CREATIVE environment AMAZING team!

  • Support Account Managers in this Sales Support | CSR, Coordination role.
  • Assist with the brand management and print requirements for existing clients.
  • This role is perfect for a Marketing, Commerce or Business Grad. who will love working in this creative team.

The Print, Sign & Display market is innovative, fast moving and integrates all components of marketing to create a unique customer experience.

THE ROLE:

  • In this Sales Support & Customer Service role you will internally manage client relationships, supporting the Sales team.  
  • Liaising will all the divisions of the company - you will assist in managing print jobs, end to end and ensuring all the t's are crossed and i's are dotted to create seamless delivery for your clients.
  • As the first point of contact over the telephone and email, this role requires the expertise of a personable and enthusiastic client focused professional, who has exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) and can think of their feet!
  • The role comes with full product training and support!
  • This role is office based on the central North Shore - normal office hours are necessary (with some flexibility when super busy). Mon-Fri 8.30-5.30pm.

YOU:

  • If you a Tertiary Graduate or bright School Leaver with a fantastic attitude and keen to be part of this team, please do apply!   
  • You will have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills. 
  • You are a team player who works efficiently with high attention to detail, can multi-task, use initiative and thrives in a high pressure environment.
  • Although you are ambitious, you understand that advancement will come with plenty of hard work. You are keen to learn, and happy to help out in different departments when required.
  • You are not a clock-watcher - if the client or internal team need a task done urgently, you will get it done.
  • You are well presented and have the confidence to be client facing in a corporate environment.

This role is North Shore based and working with a lively, youthful, super fun and professional team.  If you bring a positive attitude and "outside the box thinking", are commercially savvy, intelligent, efficient, creative and 100% client centric and of course you have great sense of humour - you will love this role and company!
