Job Description:

The team of six is high performing, collaborative and works at pace. While this is a coordination role, there is a bit of administration involved as well so we are looking someone who adaptable to change and is willing to put their hand to any task given. 

There is certainly room to develop in this team and you will be able to get involved some exciting pieces of work. The successful candidate will be confident to question things that don’t seem right, have a proven track record in process improvement and will be results drive and able to meet deadlines. You will also have strong attention to detail and take the initiative to get the job done.

To be considered for this role, you will obtain the following attributes:

A degree, or minimum two years working experience in a similar role.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build effective working relationships with employees across all roles/teams in the organisation.
  • Experience building and delivering on new processes.
  • Ability to obtain and analyse complex information.
  • An agile learner, technologically savvy and with sound computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
