Job Description:

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to;

• Manage variation of contracts process from initiation to project planning to execution 

• Monitor and manage corresponding invoices, labour requirements, health and safety requirements and project deadlines to ensure contract compliance

• Supervise implementation of contracts by subcontractors and staff

• Monitor costs, budgets and invoicing for projects in accordance with contractual agreements

• Provide information to Directors on a timely basis and respond to enquiries from all parties involved

• Perform weekly audits of project and contractual performance

• Prepare reviews, updates and assessments of all contract activities and provide reports to head office on a regular basis
