Office Administrator Receptionist

This is a Full Time permanent job 
The Gartshore Group
Location: Tauriko, Tauranga, Bay of Plenty
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 p/a

Due to a recent internal promotion we are seeking a professional and dynamic Office Administrator and Receptionist for the Gartshore Group.
  • Reception, Administration & Office Support
  • Greeting visitors, answering and redirecting calls
  • General administration, reconciling credit cards, applications, registrations
  • Travel bookings, meetings and functions set up, updating social media posts and website
  • Assisting with Accounts Payable / Receivable and Payroll
To be considered for this role you must have at least four years work experience in an office administration role dealing with accounts and payroll, ideally with experience updating websites and using social media for business, be very well presented and have a professional manner. Your English will be fluent and you will be eligible to work in New Zealand and able to start within a 1-4 week timeframe.
