Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Project Manager that is ready to share their expertise in development of our current project team and delivery of our quality project solutions.

The specific objectives for this position are as follows:

  • Ensure that at all times offsite & project staff are operating in a safe manner in compliance with the company and ISO 45001 Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure offsite & project operations are conducted in line with company ISO 9001 procedures
  • Management of all site and offsite projects staff and disciplines
  • Work with the Northland Branch Manager and Business Services Team  to plan offsite works and projects.
  • Ensure staffing levels are maintained in line with workloads.
  • Develop staff skills to ensure that offsite and project operations can operate safely delivering a quality service across multiple industries and in high-risk work environments.
  • Provide support to Sales & Estimating staff as required for responses to tender and quote requests.
  • Manage and deliver a service to customers, ensuring we meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of safety, quality of service and product delivery.
  • Management of major projects ensures delivery meets budgets, timelines and quality targets at all stages.
  • Achievement of Northland operational budgets in line with annual budgets as set and agreed across all areas.
  • Manage staff and resources under your control and deliver against annually agreed departmental and personal KPI’s.
  • Manage stocks and assets, conducting stocktakes as required to validate accuracy.
  • Management of purchasing within delegated authorities and ensuring quality, service and pricing.
  • Develop a Lean culture with staff ownership and direction.


  1. A strong technical operations and engineering background.
  2. At least 5 years management background within an engineering environmen3
  3. Strong interpersonal skills liaising with staff, suppliers and customers as required.
  4. Experience in fostering a team focused continuous improvement culture.
