Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our office in Albany.  This role is a permanent position 9am-3pm with the possibilty of moving to full time. This role would suit someone who is experienced with accounts, invoicing, credit control etc.  Experience with Xero would be an advantage but is not essential.  We are looking for someone who can pick up new things quickly, has good attention to detail and the ability to write clear concise emails etc.

Key duties will include entering invoices & purchases, credit control, liasing with suppliers & various other admin related tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in accounts/invoicing/credit control 

  • Good command of English with clear communication both written & verbal

  • Friendly and professional manner & appearance

  • Ability to work well within a small team
