The Community Stroke Rehabilitation (CSR) Team and the Assessment, Treatment & Rehabilitation team are seeking an experienced physiotherapist to join their teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a dynamic team, leading the delivery of stroke rehabilitation in the community.

As one of a team of physiotherapists in AT&R you will be responsible for the assessment and treatment of a clinically and culturally diverse client group. You will manage an outpatient caseload of neurological and vestibular rehabilitation with occasional input to amputee rehabilitation.

CMDHB is committed to enabling our patients to be self-managers and you will be supported to work collaboratively with patients, carers and other health care professionals. There is scope for service development and implementing projects to improve the care of your patients. Ideally you will be able to work autonomously, as well as part of an inter-disciplinary team and ongoing support will be provided as required. CMDHB fully supports ongoing education and development of all employees including regular supervision and in-services.
