About the opportunity:

Our client is looking for a Sales Assistant who thrives on setting appointments to set up for conversion. The role has a lot of autonomy and you will be responsible for planning and prioritising your day. An exciting opportunity for those with ideas and determination to seek new clients. Your 'can do' attitude and friendly, professional manner will fit in well with the current team.

Role description:

Appointment setting through telemarketing is the main part of the role which they will be paid commission on. The hired candidate will be a passionate individual who has an engaging personality. This position will see you reaching out to customers and offer the client's products. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to continue the ongoing business needs of the company.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Telemarketing
  • Appointment setting
  • Client procurement management
  • Data entry
  • Varied office duties during peak times

This role will suit someone with the following background / experience / qualities:

  • Excellent communicator with strong written and spoken English skills
  • MYOB experience a plus but not essential
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Common sense with a "can do" attitude
