Job Description:

Total Infrastructure Limited (TIL) is looking for a Project Administrator to join our team.
You will be an important part of the business for ensuring projects run smoothly and we are currently looking for a motivated individual who is dedicated, well organized, have high attention to details and hardworking to join our team.  You will be a strong team player with a flexible approach to your work and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to achieve common goals. You will work well under pressure and approach your work with enthusiasm and a commitment to delivering the best results for the team.

This role will involve:
-Oversee the construction project from start to finish.
-Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to projects
-Liaising with sub-contractors, suppliers, council and utility providers
-Devise the project work plans and make revisions as and when need arises.
-Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking if team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project
-Ensure to manage project documents are completed
  • Maintaining project registers and document control
  • Record the issue instructions in instruction registers for each project
  • Mark up documents to show where they have been superseded or modified
  • Keep document registers up to date+
  • Maintain hard and soft copies of all current for construction drawings and specifications on each site and in the office
  • Ensure current for construction drawings and specifications are accessible by subcontractors in soft copy format
-Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.
-Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.
-Monitor the progress of the project construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams.
-Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders.
-Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking if team expenses and minimizing exposure and risk in the project
-Working with Project directors, Project engineers and Finance Manager and Accounts team

-Advanced Microsoft Suite
-Tertiary qualifications in subjects related to Project management and experience administrating documents would be an advantage
- Be a positive team player who enjoys working in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, 
- Good initiative, and an open and proactive approach 
- Reliable 
- Good attention to detail
