What's the role about?

This role is a frontline office position which involves being in a frontline position and being the face of our local branch and representing who we are. It is more than just a job, it's an opportunity to grow personally and professionally whilst we support our team, supporting people to live their lives to their full potential.

You will be working with a variety of office and field staff to ensure we support the people we serve in our community to enable them to participate in meaningful activities, support with daily personal care and household tasks to help them achieve maximum independence.

This role is required to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm.

The ideal candidate is someone that:

  • has qualifications and or experience in a similar role
  • has great organisational and time management skills
  • can work autonomously and as part of a cohesive and results driven team
  • is competent in using Microsoft Office 2016
  • is proficient in data entry with experience with using client management systems
  • has empathy for others and the genuine desire to help people
  • is able to demonstrate superior communication skills both written and verbal
  • has a positive attitude towards personal learning and development of new skills
  • has a full drivers license
  • is legally entitled to work in New Zealand and able to complete satisfactory police checks.
