About the opportunity:

This position has a wide variety of functions and requires a candidate who is adaptable and efficient. Initially this is a one-year maternity leave contract, but the right candidate could be employed in another part of the business at the end of the contract.

Role description:

This role is first point of contact for clients in our client's busy Parnell office. You will have a high standard of communication and presentation, deliver a high level of service and demonstrate impeccable attention to detail in all communication and work produced. In addition, you will be managing the calendars of five consultants, including the Managing Director.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Calendar/dairy management
  • Maintain internal workflow system
  • Invoicing through Xero
  • Support the varying needs of the consultants
  • Manage and prepare necessary information for meetings of each consultant
  • Execute phone trainings to clients as needed

This role will suit someone with the following background / experience / qualities:

  • Be digitally-savvy and able to quickly understand and operate the client's key systems
  • High level of written and verbal communication with colleagues and clients
  • Can deliver excellent customer service with impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent phone and email skills
  • Be competent in Xero and Excel
  • Fit well into a busy and efficient administration team
