Job Description:

We are a successful niche business involved in job placement for the construction industry in Auckland. You will be working with a diverse range of people so exceptional relationship building skills are a must.

Responsibilities
Working to support the team in meeting the staffing needs of Auckland's largest commercial and civil projects.
Interviewing new candidates for construction specific roles by phone, email and face to face meetings.
Performing reference checks on potential candidates and ensuring worker suitability according to the project needs.
Assisting in the processes of job advertising and tracking applicant progress through the CMS.
Conducting safety training and inductions for new workers.
Building relationships with key safety personnel and site foreman.
Learning about immigration and employment legislation to ensure company compliance.
Providing HR support to the workers across multiple sites.
Helping managers meet the compliance aspects of health and safety for the workplaces.
