Are you looking for your next exciting challenge? If you have previous exceptional project/Office administration or coordinator experiences in a CRM background, then we have a fresh opportunity for you in our newly established office plus workshop in beautiful Christchurch, South Island.
Do you have: -
  • A proven excellent project coordination/office administration experience in NEW ZEALAND (Min. one year)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (Business Writing & meetings)
  • An ability to take to new systems quickly
  • Great initiative
  • CRM, Data Base Management and Business Development
  • Excellent Customer Service & Support services experience
Skills Required:-
• Strong Administrative Experience (Pay-roll, GST/Tax, Inventory, AR & AP, Reports and IT Office Support, Creditor processing & debtor payments)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (both writing & speaking)
• Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem solving
• Able to proactively address potential issues, Customer Inquiries
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, XERO, MYOB, ACCPAC, AUTOREP
• Collaborative working style and team-player attitude
• Positive and encouraging personality
• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
• Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to team’s success
• Able to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment
 
You definitely need to have worked on projects and office duties in an office environment before and understand the time demands and the evolving nature. Further to this experience understanding, preparing and maintaining OSHNZ & QMS 9001:2008 manuals are must! Must be knowledgeable with workplace safety standards and hazard maintenance records.  Site safe, First Aid must in order to perform relevant job duties but company can provide to right candidate.
