Job Description:

This is full time, permanent hands-on position. You will be required to work 5 days per week covering a mix of day and evening shifts including weekends and public holidays.
You will have NZ residency and a good command of English.

We require a mature well groomed honest person with good business sense. You will have had extensive experience in the hospitality industry with both bar and restaurant experience. Having a current Duty Managers Certificate or LCQ would be an advantage. 

Attributes required:
• You will be a good team manager and leader.
• You will be passionate and enthusiastic with a good work ethic.
• You will enjoy and have a sound knowledge of all aspects of food and beverage service.
• You will have knowledge of till systems, cash-ups, opening and closing procedures.
• You must have excellent people skills in communication, etiquette and customer relations.
• You must be able to maintain procedures and direct staff.
• You must be able to order and maintain beverage stock control and GP.
• You must be outgoing and friendly.
