Job Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced MYOB accounts assistant and office assistant in a small busy company.
The position is a part time 3 days a week from 9am to 3pm but we can be flexible.
This role would suit someone who is experienced with accounts purchase orders, invoicing, credit control, customer service, and responding to calls and ability to write clear concise emails, etc.
We are looking for someone who can pick up new things quickly and have a special attention to details.
Key duties will include, but not limited to:
  • MYOB accounts
  • Entering invoices & purchases
  • Credit control
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Order tracking
  • Admin logs
  • General admin task as phone call, emails.
 
Skills and experience:
  • Experience in MYOB it is a must
  • Confident in MS Office programs and ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail
  • Friendly and professional manners
  • Good multi-tasking experience and the ability to meet deadlines set
  • The ability to work independently as part of a small team
