Philips Search & Rescue Trust (PSRT) is the charity responsible for fundraising and promotion of the North Island’s largest pool of community helicopters. Encompassing a fleet of rescue helicopters and fixed-wing planes, the service provides air health and rescue services free of charge to the public on a no-fault basis. The rapid response is powered by an expert crew of pilots, crewmen, paramedics, doctors, flight nurses, and specialist crew. In a life and death situation it is this speed and agility that can make all the difference, with patients able to receive medical treatment whilst en route to a medical facility.

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator for our busy central office that undertakes fundraising and marketing.  As the Receptionist/Administrator at PSRT you will be the face of our organisation and the skills you will bring to fly in this role will include…

  • Exceptional customer experience; face to face, written and telephone
  • An experienced record of Administration and Reception skills
  •  A thorough understanding of accounts payable and receivable
  • An excellent level of understanding of data management and accuracy surrounding record keeping
  • A minimum of intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficient computing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • A friendly and bubbly manner with great interpersonal skills
  • A good understanding of delivering a valued service with a can-do attitude
  • The commitment to proactively contribute to an agile and responsive business
  • An ability to lead and contribute to process development within the organisation
  • An enthusiasm for your own development and growth within your PSRT development plan
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize a demanding workload
