 Overall data migration strategy/high-level design/UDMF Migration flow design
 Exercise responsibility for architecture, design and documentation
 Adherence to software development life cycle guidelines, software version control
standards and code promotion
 Understanding and experience of data profiling, parsing, comparison, reconciliation,
analysis, data cleansing, transformations and fall-out management
 Understanding and experience of data quality definition, dimensions and weightage
 Responsible for the design, development and administration of transactional and
analytical data constructs/structures
 Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
 Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
 Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize
statistical efficiency and data quality
 Optimize Business Intelligence including query development and data analysis
 Build and run queries, and conduct complex data analysis
 Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data
systems
 Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
 Support Adhoc requests and projects as requested by the supported organizations and
teams
 Work closely with Solution Designer and Business Analyst to understand the requirement
and implement the same
 Locate and define new process improvement opportunities with the data migration scope
 Experience and ability to define detailed strategies for Cutover and rollback
 Experience in migration preferably in the OSS/BSS domain and should be able to suggest data
quality/transformation/reconciliation based on same

 10 + yrs. experience in the IT industry with experience in migration preferably in
Media/Entertainment/Telecom domain
 BE / Master’s Degree
 ETL tool Experience / Exposure
 Desired Domain Exposure-M& E / Telecom
 Should know basic concepts of UI / Oracle Apex design
 Hands-on experience of Pl/SQL and Oracle database and expert in concepts very well to
lead team on algorithms for DQ/Recon/Transformation etc. rules development
 Should have extensively worked on migration projects, understanding of relational data
models on standard databases (Oracle preferred)
 Should have in-depth knowledge of standard Solutions stacks for the respective domain
 Should have involved in Design, Development and Architecting of large Data migration
projects
 Should possess Problem-solving, Team building and Leadership Skills in a fast-paced, high-
growth environment
 Hands-on involvement in Low-Level Design, Development and architecting of large Data
migration projects leading developer and testing teams
 Very good understanding of workflow management, task management and exception
management
