Work Location: 630D GREAT SOUTH ROAD, ELLERSLIE, AUCKLAND 1051

Employment type: Full time (minimum 45 hours/per week), Permanent role

Your pay: $65,000 - $70,000 per annual depending on your skills

Livefirm Construction (North Island) Limited is a construction company based in Auckland

We are now looking for 3 Quantity Surveyors to join our supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right people and will allow access into a reputable and experienced company.

Tasks you may carry out:

• Receive and review tender drawing
• Prepare tender/quote
• Review contract documents; negotiation of contract sum
• Assist site team with materials ordering; source alternative construction system if require;
• Assist project coordinator running project by means of budget control; sub-contractor appointment; invoices checking;
• Prepare monthly progress claim and payment certificate
• Final account preparation and payment follow up

To be successful you will need:

• Be a great team player, be able to follow instructions
• Be physically fit and willingness to work outdoors

• Good eye for details and an ability to solve problems practically
• A "can-do" attitude

• Have at least five years solid relevant experience, or
• Have a relevant bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
