GVI Logistics Ltd is a New Zealand owned International Logistics provider with sites in Christchurch (Head Office) & Auckland.
Due to expansion, we have a full time Office Administrator position available at our Christchurch Airport based site.
This role will include a range of office and administrative duties, monitoring reception, answering phone calls, administering AP & AR ledgers, supporting the Finance, IT, Compliance, and Operational teams within the business.
Attributes that we are looking for are:
- Good communication, phone manner & organisational skills
-Reliable and adaptable with a positive can-do attitude
- A great work ethic, problem-solving skills & ability to use initiative
- A high level of computer literacy - especially in Word & Excel
- A team player however also able to work autonomously
- Happy disposition
- Ability to pick up new systems & procedures with ease
-Great attention to detail
-Clean Driver licence & criminal record (at least hold a restricted licence)
-Previous administrative experience or tertiary education
