Hi, We are looking for .Net Support for one of our clients in New Zealand.
For Application Configuration Management the resource requirement & experience we need to have is:
.NET experience (even though we won’t be performing any development or customization of the App, it is a .Net based Product)
mature application development mindset
an understanding of how customers are going to consume the data and on what device
an extreme amount of tacit knowledge on how the application is configured, branded and presented.
This resource will also be instrumental in undertaking
Application complex MACs - complex configuration changes to the customer environment, which may also require design level engagement
Application maintenance/lifecycle – ensuring GRH components are up to date and vulnerabilities are accessed and mitigated as required
End-to-End Application Testing (post any configuration changes or customizations)
Application Monitoring (Both functional and performance)
Application triage / Level 2 support – support for technical issues beyond the simple first call Level 1 type stuff
Application Level 3 support – complex Application support issues including DB, bugs, major incidents including escalation to Get Real Health (ongoing Get Real Health are only contracted for P1 support)
