Clinical Coordinator | Aged CareLocation: Auckland City FringeSalary: up to $80k per annum(depending on your level of experience)This is a permanent role.

As a Unit Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the shift, overseeing the clinical care for our residents.

What you will need to apply for the Clinical Coordinator role- Experience in Psychogeriatric or behavioral management skills required
- Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practicing Certificate
- Ability to provide high-level clinical leadership and support to clinical and care staff.
- Able to support and provide direction to RN’s on the floor
- InterRai trained
- Experience and knowledge working in aged care in hospital and rest home
- Knowledge of quality improvement systems and auditing and compliance
- A commitment to health and safety
- Knowledge of aged care education needs and requirements for clinical staff and a willingness to deliver education
