Clinical Coordinator | Aged Care
Location: Auckland City Fringe
Salary: up to $80k per annum
(depending on your level of experience)
This is a permanent role.
Shifts may include AM, PM, Nights and Weekend work

About the Clinical Coordinator role

As a Unit Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the shift, overseeing the clinical care for our residents.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader or an RN looking to take the next step in their career.

What you will need to apply for the Clinical Coordinator role
  • Experience in Psychogeriatric or behavioral management skills required
  • Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practicing Certificate
  • Ability to provide high-level clinical leadership and support to clinical and care staff.
  • Able to support and provide direction to RN’s on the floor
  • InterRai trained
  • Experience and knowledge working in aged care in hospital and rest home
  • Knowledge of quality improvement systems and auditing and compliance
  • A commitment to health and safety
  • Knowledge of aged care education needs and requirements for clinical staff and a willingness to deliver education
