Job Description:
Technology Architect responsible for:
- Key Architecture Decisions (KAD) regarding the application of Vodafone Digital strategy to the DX Program
- Ensuring CX Journeys are compatible with full digitization
- Collaborating with BA's, CX Designers, and Process Designers, to follow digital best practice
- Arranging workshops and stakeholder meetings regarding the implementation of digital strategy
- Directing UI designers on key aspects of digital design
