The Role

Due to continued growth JAVLN is looking to expand its growing team and we require the services of a Customer Support Representative to ensure they provide the best customer service to their customers!

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be tasked with providing the first line support to customers and maintaining ongoing relationships.

You will be dealing with customer requests, reported issues, software testing, and general trouble shooting; with a general aim to identify improvement opportunities where applicable.


  • Some flexibility to work from home
  • Option to work out of either the Grey Lynn or Highbrook offices

To be successful in this role you will have

  • A strong record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and individually
  • Proactive and highly motivated attitude
  • Ability to keep focused and on top of KPI's
  • Any IT knowledge would be advantageous but not necessary
