About the role

I am searching for an NZ experienced loan writer, fluent in Mandarin and keen to build a career in the property lending sector. You will be working closely with the company owner and senior advisors, assisting with ad-hoc tasks and writing lending applications to submit to the banks. Tasks are time sensitive so you will need to be organised and very proactive.

• Supporting the advisors with lending applications
• Liaising with clients to source documentation
• Handling ad-hoc tasks
• Working to tight deadlines

Skills & Experience

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English
• 3 years of current NZ home lending experience is crucial
• Experience with the major lenders
• A solid understanding of the buying process and customer service
