Clinical Manager Dargaville Salary: up to $93k per annum Hours: Monday to Friday with On-Call

In this Clinical Manager role, your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and empowering the clinical team to deliver safe, appropriate, and holistic resident care in an environment of continuous improvement
Managing and reporting on clinical risk as it emerges and respond appropriately to deliver positive outcomes
Fostering a resident-led culture that supports our client's vision, mission, and values.
Ensuring all standards, policies, and procedures are adhered to, meeting contractual and legislative requirements and reflect current best practice
Skills and Experience required to apply for this Clinical Manager opportunity
A Clear understanding of HDSS standards
A Registered Nurse with a current annual practicing certificate from the Nursing Council of New Zealand
Previous experience in a Nursing Manager role, preferably within aged care.
Excellent clinical assessment and observations skills to provide support and guidance to your team
Internal audit management and leading continuous quality improvements
Excellent communication skills, with confidence in systems and technology
Commitment to ongoing professional development – for yourself and your team members
Preferably InterRAI trained.
