Work Location: Auckland Region

Employment type: Full time (minimum 40 hours/per week, Monday to Friday), Permanent role

Our pay: $60,000 per annum

 

 

We are a busy building supplies wholesaling business based in Auckland.

 

We are now looking for 2 Web Administrator to join our IT team.

The ideal candidate should have a relevant Diploma qualification obtained in NZ or from overseas, with professional training or have at least 2 years’ work experience within ICT industry.

Tasks for this role Includes:

  • Maintain and update company’s website and ordering portal
  • Adjust website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices, PHP, MYSQL, ASP.NET, Javascript, C#
  • Write updated specifications and requirements based on business needs
  • Test, diagnose and correct errors and faults of website/ordering portal
  • Modify, edit and delete items on the database
  • Provide code reviews and quality assurance
  • Prepare documentation for projects, changes, updates and upgrades in all ICT areas
  • Create and maintain all new ICT process documentation
  • Support effectively and provide solution in all ICT related system, software and hardware issues
  • Download and install software
  • Data maintenance including data back-up, date integrity and data migration
  • Performing other ICT related duties as required

The candidate should have:

  • Ability to maintain and update company’s website and ordering portal
  • The knowledge of PHP, MYSQL, ASP.NET, Javascript, C#
  • Ability to adjust website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
  • Ability to write updated specifications and requirements based on business needs
  • Skills in maintaining, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults of the company website/ordering portal
  • Skills in modifying, editing and deleting items on the database
  • Ability to stay up to date with industry updates and personal professional skills

The perfect candidate should also be enthusiastic, motivated and self-driven, with good problem-solving skills, the ability to multi-task, and work to a deadline.
