Grada Recruitment are currently working with a reputable Architectural practice in Auckland CBD looking for a intermediate to senior technician to take a lead on projects, plenty of room for progression particularly into the BIM space.
About the role
Work on some interesting both large and medium scale commercial projects.
Get out on site, coordinating and liaising with the contractors to ensure smooth delivery.
Collaborating and leading a team of technicians, leading and mentoring on projects.
Preparing building designs and highly detailed working drawings, sketches and specifications by hand or using specialist computer-aided design.

What the client is looking for
3 years solid revit experience
Exposure to all stages of the documentation process
Tertiary qualification or equivalent design qualification
Excellent verbal and written communication
