We have a permanent full time opportunity available for an experienced Registered Nurse at our Ultimate Care Madison Facility, which is a friendly and well-established Aged Care Facility that provides a high standard of care for our Rest home and Hospital level care Residents. Madison has been part of the Levin community for over 20 years.
Situated in a picturesque setting, our well-appointed 53 bed Facility is built around well maintained landscaped grounds with a spacious private courtyard which is enjoyed by residents and families. We also have 18 Independent units on our site.

About you:
Hold a current New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate
Motivated and passionate about providing high quality, individualized care
Have the ability to work well individually as well as part of a team
Caring, compassionate and build meaningful relationships
Attentive, organized and can manage your own workload
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Flexibility to work a full rotating roster with your team
Keen to improve yourself professionally, we have 19 sites across NZ to support your growth!
About the Role:
You will be responsible for the nursing needs of our residents
Make daily rounds and complete all appropriate assessments
Collaborate on individual care plans, addressing issues and determining achievable goals
You will administer medication, accurately maintaining appropriate records
You’ll supervise and direct the day to day activities of our health care assistants
Ensure that supplies are utilized effectively, and that equipment is maintained in a safe manner
