Albany Toyota is a family owned business with 30+ years in the automotive industry and we are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our fun and exciting team.

Here at Albany Toyota we are looking for our next Parts Superstar! Could this be you?

  Key duties include:

  • Follow through on all customer enquires - Phone, email and in person
  • Provide a high level of customer service
  • Build and develop customer relationships through excellent customer service
  • Picking parts for customer orders and checking availability of stock
  • Quoting, invoicing and taking payments
  • Accurate ordering of parts
  • Carry out duties to a high standard in a timely and efficient manner


Skills & Experience


  Key Skills/Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in the same or similar role
  • A full NZ drivers licence 
  • Professional communication skills
  • Be comfortable lifting/moving some heavy objects
  • Strong numerical and computer skills
  • A reasonable knowledge of cars and automotive parts
  • Enthusiasm and an excellent team player!
  • Excellent attention to detail
