Job description

 

We are an Auckland based logistic business that specialize in LCL/FCL shipping to New Zealand, especially from China.

Now we are in urgent need of a competent Key account manager to take care of our client/customer services and related businesses.

Employment type: full time and permanent

The minimum skills, experience and qualifications for the role:

 

 A tertiary qualification in business or management or other related major that can offer the skills and knowledge required.

At least one year of relevant work experiences is preferred

Can work overtime when required.

Excellent communication, marketing and interpersonal relations skills.

Down-to earth working attitudes and team oriented.

Days required: Monday to Friday

Minimum hours of work guaranteed: 40 hours per week

Hourly rate: $28 per hour

Overtime rate: $28 per hour

The location: UNIT 2, 8 RENNIE DR, AIRPORT OAKS, Auckland

 

Your duties may include but not limited to:

 

  • improve satisfaction in the customer service department
  • Following up customers’ enquires and expectation from consultation stage, through purchasing and service engaging stage, to the shipping period and beyond.
  • Overseeing and improve after-sales services provided  and maintaining sound customer relations
  • Drafting and following up after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction and performance of interior doors purchased and installed, and modifying and improving such services provided accordingly
  • Promoting our full range of related services to as many potential customers as possible by organizing and implementing relevant customer relationship maintaining activities and events independently or in cooperation with other parties and public agencies
  • Maintaining the brand image and reputation of On Jet Logisitcs and its through all possible avenues
  • Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department to ensure customer service issues are responded in a timely manner
  • Liaising with clients and cargo agents
  • Completing of shipping documents and export entries when required
