Alpha Recruitment is seeking a driven HR Business Partner who is a strong relationship builder for a private sector organisation.

This position is located in Wellington and is a sole charge role. 

This is a good opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor looking for their next step up. 

You will be working with great people who love what they do.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have:

  • At least two years previous experience working as a Senior HR Advisor
  • Strong relationship skills 
  • Strong knowledge of HR legislation and processes
  • In-depth understanding of ER issues 
  • At least intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

A tertiary qualification in human resources is highly desirable.

This is a permanent full time position.

The successful candidate must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
