About the role
The retail assistant is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the store based in Auckland CBD. Applicants must have the right to work in NZ.
- Providing exceptional customer service while being a great brand ambassador
- Assisting customers with products
- Woking alongside the manager to maximise
- Working with the Retail Manager to drive sales
- General administration tasks e.g., filing, mailing, product labelling etc.
- Stock merchandise, creating displays while maintaining a presentable store
- Assisting with new promotions as well as coming up with new and exciting ways to engage customers
- Experienced and knowledgeable about Sports Nutrition, Bodybuilding and supplements
- Previous retail experience
- Computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft office
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Full product training will be provided
- Staff purchasing privileges
- Free gym memberships
