About The Role

Project manage the development and implementation of new or changed products into our organisation. You would be required to understand the needs of the business, our partners, and learners to ensure there is clear communication and understanding of our products.

This is a permanent full-time role 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) that would preferably be based in our National office in Wellington Central but for the right candidate the location can be flexible within New Zealand.

Duties for this role:

  • Develop a workplan for each implementation project.
  • Support Sector Managers and internal teams to ensure projects are progressing and delivered on time.
  • Monitor and report on implementation progress and identify risks.

 This role could be suitable for an experienced Project Coordinator or entry-level Project Manager.

About you

You will ideally have:

  • Strong experience (Ideally 5+ years’ experience) in project implementation or experience in a role that requires planning or scheduling of multiple workflows.
  • Project methodology for delivery with the ability to plan and engage with others
  • Strong understanding of the NZQA framework is advantageous
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbally, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit various audiences
  • Confidence with online meeting facilitation
