About the role

The newly created role of People Projects Lead sits within the dynamic and growing Organisational Development team and reports into the Organisational Development Manager. The role is critical to the design and implementation of their key people and culture initiatives ensuring delivery in progressive and high performing environment.
You will be involved in and lead projects to support engagement, learning and organisational capability. You will be involved in the administration of the various projects as well as have the chance to lead and coordinate initiatives. You thrive on being hands on to see initiatives through and support them in their pilot stage through to embedding within the organisation.
Core competencies
  • Proven ability to tailor people solutions to match culturally nuanced organisations.
  • Proven project management delivery in a People team role.
  • Proven ability at delivering organisational-wide initiatives that drive business success.
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills and strong intellectual curiosity.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Accurate and energetic approach to business success.
