Carejobz Recruitment is recruiting for our client who owns a dental practice in Remuera.

We would like to hear from experienced Receptionists who have the passion and drive to deliver excellent patient care and customer service by providing front-line reception services and assisting staff accordingly.   

You will also coordinate dental services and have a major role to play in prioritising workflows and managing patient expectations. 


Skills & experience required for this Receptionist (dental services) role
Be a part of an expanding practice. 
Excellent supportive team environment
Minimum of 2 years experience as Dental Receptionist/Assistant
Strong knowledge of Exact Software Excellent communication both verbal and written
Excellent organisational and administrative skills 
Strong focus on customer service and patient care
Understanding of computer and office technology.
