Ultimate Care Kensington Court, offers support and care for any stage of retirement including independent living, rest home care, and hospital level care. Our highly sought after village has recently been refurbished. Due to a resignation, we have a full time opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Officer.

The Role:
Full Time Urgent Role
Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
General maintenance and repair of buildings, furniture, and equipment
Carry out regular site checks to approved practices
Liaise with building maintenance contractors
Ensure overall site safety – be familiar with emergency procedures
About you:
Must be physically fit
Trade qualification desirable
Demonstrated level of competence in general property and grounds maintenance and repairs
Work both independently and as part of the team
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and use initiative
Available to work a flexible roster
