Job for Visa is a boutique recruitment agency that helps overseas talents find jobs in New Zealand. Currently, the majority of our clients have Hungarian backgrounds. We are expanding to other markets - UK and USA - and we need someone who can be a single point of contact for the Hungarian market to keep and boost our presence in Hungary while we focus on other markets. As the Hungarian Market Contact, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our Hungarian clients, providing them with updates on job opportunities, and assisting with any queries they may have. In addition, you will also be responsible for promoting Job for Visa in Hungary through social media and other marketing channels. Purpose of the role:

Increase the New Zealand employee market with Hungarian Talents/Clients.

Responsibilities:

• Arranging for advertising of Job for Visa Services and job opportunities.
• Preparing candidates for successful job interviews
• Advising and assisting in applying sound recruitment and research and selection practices
• Representing candidates in negotiations with potential employers to determine the remuneration and other conditions of employment
• Conduct Tailored Made Market Research & Target Company Research
• Advising and organizing relocation-related activities
• Advising and assisting in travelling

This is a permanent opportunity with minimum 30 hours per week.  30 hours guaranteed however, as the business is expected to expand gradually, it is likely that you will be required 35-40 hours

 

 

Job requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification such as a degree in Human Resources is preferred. Have at least five years of experience in Human Resources/ Recruitment & Coaching. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably in Hungarian too. Knowledge of the Hungarian culture and job market. Process orientated with a solid customer-driven attitude. Has Coaching/Training experience in bringing out the best in people. We will prioritise and strongly prefer candidates with Hungarian language knowledge. BACK TO LISTING
