The applicant must be confident in all aspects of cookery At least 4 years experience Experience in a la carte restaurant, Buffett & Breakfast. Reporting to the Exec chef / Sous Chef Cooking and preparing food to a high level standard Maintaining cleaning schedules & food safety records Pleasant, friendly personality with a positive attitude. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Ability to work competently under pressure. Dependable and trustworthy. High standard of personal hygiene and presentation.
