They have on offer a seriously great opportunity for a bright, switched-on Receptionist to be their front of house person, as well as performing a wide range of duties that are involved in the day to day running of the office.

Duties will involve:

  • Reception -  We need you to LOVE being on the Front-line
  • Hosting clients – meeting / greeting, organizing meeting rooms
  • Provide administration support to team 
  • Team support duties will grow over time, with training
  • Photocopying, scanning, filing as required.
  • Running errands, collect mail, book couriers
  • Manage compliance documentation 
  • Update and maintain internal databases for internal and client information
  • Assistance with Project Administration and project work
  •  Liaising with eternal suppliers and partners. 
  • Ordering stationery, staff refreshments and other office supplies
  • A whole bunch more and gutsy projects to get stuck into

  • Someone bright and cheerful who has a great presentation and an excellent phone manner.
  • Smart - uses initiative, problem solver, supportive
  • The ability to manage own work and work autonomously
  • Proactive work habits. Able to see where value can be added, without instruction
  • A strong commitment to providing a high level of support to team
  • Mature, professional outlook. Positive can-do attitude
  • You will be technology adept, with confident MS Office suite skills. 
  • Preferably you will have your teeth in an office environment with 12+ months experience 
  • Keen to learn and develop in your role and take on more advanced responsibilities.
  • A great sense of humor and enthusiasm to be part of a great team
