Number of Positions for This Role: up to 2

Pay Rate: from $30.00 to $32.00 per hour

Days Required: 5-6 days/week

Hours Per Week: minimum 35 hours/week, up to 50 hours/week

We are seeking candidates with strong construction, organisational and coordination skills. You will be self-managing, possess excellent interpersonal skills, be a great communicator, and work well as part of a team. 

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring the workmanship and scheduling of subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensuring all site works are completed and necessary requirements are met
• Ensuring Council inspections are completed and necessary requirements are met
• Maintaining communication with the customer throughout the build process
• Natural leadership and a desire to develop others
• Good communication, both written and verbal
• A desire to progress and run crews of 5 to 8 people
• Overseeing Health and Safety standards
